1. Inquiry and Product Selection

To start an order, please send us your product requirements as clearly as possible. You may share product photos, drawings, technical specifications, target application, expected quantity, packaging needs, and any special request for branding or customization. If you are not sure which model is suitable, our team can help recommend options based on your application, such as camera power adapters, laptop power adapters, car chargers, travel adapters, portable power banks, wireless charging mounts, or multi-port charging stations.

2. Customization and Quotation

After receiving your inquiry, we will review the product structure, customization details, and order quantity before issuing a quotation. 3. Order Confirmation

If your order includes customized products, we may request confirmation of the final design, branding layout, and packaging content before production begins.

4. Payment Terms

Before shipment, the goods will undergo quality inspection based on the order specifications. 6. Packing and Delivery

Delivery terms, transportation method, and shipping schedule are arranged according to the order details and destination.
